Diane Z. Chase, Executive Vice Provost

The Office of the Executive Vice Provost for Academic Affairs provides overall coordination of the diverse academic functions of the university, including support for new program planning, provision of academic data and information, and coordination of program reviews and discipline accreditation.  The executive vice provost supports the Educational Programs Committee of the Board of Trustees, provides leadership in maintaining the regional accreditation standards of the Southern Association of Colleges and School Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), and serves as a liaison to various state agencies.  The office also undertakes special projects and studies for the provost.
